Q and A with Dr. Ryerson #3

Dear Vanderford (may I call you Vanderford?),

I was reading your dragon site earlier today, and I must say that I am very impressed with the work you've done. I'm an art teacher at a middle school here in Texas, and in my spare time I make dragon sculptures out of clay, some of which have been featured on the cover of Draconian Monthly (issues 37 and 53). It's been a hobby of mine for a long time, and you could almost say that dragons are my passion, almost to the point of being a fetish. Oh look at that I'm blushing. Well, just wanted to say hi, and establish contact with the brilliant mind behind the website.

A big hug,

Dear Nina (may I call you Nina?)

Well hello. Yes, well, ahem. Yes, thank you.

I just read issue 53 actually, and I remember admiring the cover for quite some time. Tell me Nina, are you as nimble as the dragon on the cover (just curious)?

Of particular interest to you might be the sexction of dragon courting and mating habits if you haven't already read it. This area is one that I find most fascinating (besides fire-breathing of course).

Many scholars believe that dragons breathe fire out of self-defense, but in their more poetic moments, some of these same scholars believe that dragons breathe fire out of passion, and the heat they feel deep within themselves. Have you ever felt this kind of passionate dragon fire within yourself? Would you ever want to? As an accomplished dragonologist, I could show it to you. If you wanted it.

Sincerely and very truly definitely yours,
Vanderford Ryerson

PS. Yes, you can call me Vanderford. You can call me "Van" if you want. Call me whatever pleases you. Actually, call my cell - 555-4DRAGON (437-2466). Call me whenever is good for you, and/or as soon as you read this. OK? Where is the closest airport near where you live in Huston?
